The integrations page claims 1,000+ apps. That number matters because the value of an AI employee drops to zero if it can't reach your CRM, your inbox, your database. The marketplace angle is smart too. Instead of everyone building the same "customer support agent" from scratch, someone builds a good one, others reuse it, and the platform takes a cut.

What gives me pause is the gap between the marketing promise ("works like your best people") and reality. AI employees are good at bounded, repetitive tasks with clear success criteria. They're bad at judgment calls, novel situations, and anything requiring cross-departmental context. The companies that win with this kind of platform are the ones who scope the jobs narrowly and keep humans in the approval loop for anything that touches customers or money.
