Virmii

Virmii is a VTuber maker and 3D avatar studio for people who want to go from character idea to live stream without commissioning a rigger: turn a reference image into a textured 3D model, get a fully rigged VRM avatar, manage your models in one workspace, track your face through the browser, and bring the character into OBS via a private stage URL. Existing compatible VRM models can be uploaded, and finished avatars can be exported to other VRM-compatible tools.

The full pipeline (image to model to tracking to stream) in one place is the draw — assembling this stack piecemeal normally involves a commission, three tools and a licensing headache.

Who it's for: aspiring VTubers without a few hundred dollars for a custom rig, illustrators who want to see their characters move, and content creators testing the waters before investing in a professional avatar. Interface is English/Japanese. Realistic expectations: generated rigs from a single reference won't match a hand-rigged model's expressiveness — great for starting out and testing your streaming persona before committing real money.
