Waldo

Waldo is a personal AI action layer that orchestrates agents, tools, apps, health signals and personal context to manage work and life. Its first surface is Kennel, a Mac app for defining goals, coordinating multiple AI sessions, delegating tasks to Codex, Claude and OpenCode agents, and surfacing only the decisions that need a human. It plans daily workflows, reads health and recovery data, drafts communications and tracks how things change over time. Early access, pricing "free to find out."

The name is a dog metaphor (woof@ email and all), and the framing matches: a loyal layer that runs ahead, handles the routine, and brings back only what needs your judgment.
