heyclicky

heyclicky is a little AI buddy that lives on your Mac. Hit the hotkey and it looks at your screen, answers questions about whatever you're doing, walks you through unfamiliar software step by step, and draws annotations directly on screen showing you exactly where to click. You can also launch AI agents by voice — it works with Gmail, Notion, Google Sheets, FL Studio and Claude Code workflows — and let them run while you're away.\n\nThe site itself is charming chaos: demo clips with playful names, an honest 100% free label for the Mac build (Sonoma 14.2+), and a Windows waitlist. It's clearly a small team building something they personally enjoy, and the screen-drawing guidance mode is genuinely useful for teaching software to less technical colleagues. Who it's for: anyone who constantly gets "how do I do X in this app" questions from family or coworkers, people learning dense professional tools (think DAWs, IDEs, design apps), and Mac users who want a screen-aware assistant without paying a subscription. The playful skin is a feature, not a bug — but professionals should check whether the agent integrations cover their actual stack.
